    I called trying to track a package I sent to my son for his birthday two weeks prior. Snickered and tone of voice inappropriate, especially when I mentioned where the package was going to. When I stated I didn't appreciate the behaviour, the woman screeched "how dare you". Poor customer service.

    Rude & unfriendly staff! The staff could smile once in a while... I've also had 2 tracked items mysteriously go missing from Doreen Post office in the last few weeks which has been a huge inconvenience. Had so many issues with this post office over the years. You can't trust this post office or the staff.
