  People pay big bucks for their medications, they deserve a smile and a happy attitude, not to feel like they are taking up your precious time.

  Manners are a huge part of customer service. “Please”, “thankyou”, “sorry to keep you waiting”, “how can I help?”. Some great pharamcy assistants are no longer there and bar a couple that go out if their way to smile and be considerate , surliness and apathy by others is just not on. Even their response to feedback is apathetic. The pharamacists though, are generally on point.

  These guys were great when Jas was managing the place. Had no problems for three years getting medication on account. New guy takes over and he is the most smartass arrogant person I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Sorry guys, EPIC FAIL! Going elsewhere now...what a shame. Tells me that "head office" is not doing accounts and that the account was four months overdue. Funny when I checked with the insurance company, it was paid in December last year.....Jam it guys.....I hope the proprietor Melinda sees this.

  I went in there yesterday looking to buy a first aid kit for our work vehicle. I spend over 15 mins in the pharmacy looking couldn't see them store is very poorly laid out. However this was not the issue there were 3 staff members standing near the registers they could all see the frustration in the fact that i couldn't find it and not one of them could be bothered helping a customer. In the end i found a first aid kit reasonably priced but i chose not to make the purchase due to the lack of customer service. Will be the last time i go there. Is it a wonder why the chemist in mernda is always full of customers because there is customer service that's why. Thought id spend locally but wasted my time. Very poor.. staff are there to help people no matter how small or trivial the query might be.

  Was given the wrong medication ! Lucky I checked when I got home before I started taking it, i when back to the pharmacy the next day and the same pharmacist from the day before tried to convince me it was the write medication until again he checked in his computer and only then he realised that he gave me completely different medication to what I was prescribed and his excuse was "the medication didn't come up on his computer the day before so he gave me the one that did" !!! Not good enough ! Always check and double check the medication they give you before you start taking it or applying it on your body !
