  Very happy with La Sera. Service is pretty good. Food is consistently good. Probably the best Pizza in the area right now.

  We had arranged for our event to be catered for by la sera doreen , like we have done on at least 5 other occasions with out a hitch , I just called to finalise our order for tomorrow (27th august 2017) and some women who said she was a manager ( she would never be able to get a real managers job) turned around and declined the order , this rude pathetic excuse for an employee wouldn't even allow me to explain we have done this before without issues and she should check with her boss , and I also have written confirmation that they are happy to do so , I admit I lost my cool at this stage and hung up. They have left us high and dry now for our event because of incompetence from this person who has no idea . I will be letting the owner know as well as we have mutual friends. Great food but the place is losing business because of poorly trained staff never going back

  Amazing Ribs and the tastiest Pizza in Melbourne, the staff are fantastic and the service is 5 star. Hang the expense you only live once and if you live for pizza and pasta you have to try La Sierra. Don't forget the Ribs, char grilled and falling off the bone, mouth watering and the best sauce. Melbourne you have a hidden gem in the North.

  Ordered pizza from here tonight and first I was put on hold for about 4 minutes then they finally took my order 2 pizzas & 1 pasta to be delivered cost $46.80. Then to NOT be able to eat the pizzas as they were horrible and there was no tasty to them. I will not be ordering again. La Sara your pizzas have gone down hill lift your game.
